A. No fence, wall, berm or other structure shall be erected or altered and no hedge, tree, shrub or other vegetation shall be maintained or constructed in the existing or future right-of-way of a street, or in any location where it would obstruct the approach sight distance of any highway, street, driveway, traffic signal, traffic signal sign or crosswalk.
B. Zoning permits shall be required for all fences and walls which exceed four feet in height.
